This consumer will not respond to my requests for cancellation. When I've tried to call the customer service number they claim I need to enter a code to call which they never send despite several attempts.
I will try reaching them during business hours to cancel.

I was referred to 'JustAsk.com' - which is not a resolution. Also, that website (JustAsk.com) charges $5 initially and then a subscription, which I do not want or need.

Don’t want anything but my money back!

Said I ordered and I did not. Took money from my account and said I ordered from them.
Cannot speak to anyone. Number listed for CS is bogus. All a big scam.
I never even looked at their website and they are sending me stuff and taking money from my account. I have no clue how they got into my account but I want all of my money back and all subscriptions cancelled.

I ordered a one time order from your company 2 months ago. This month I was sent a second order that I never agreed to.
I never signed up for a subscription with your company. I immediately want this subscription I never signed up for canceled. What your company has done is fraud. I didnt dispute the second charge with my credit card company and just went ahead and paid it.
I will not be doing that anymore. I cannot find the manage subscriptions section on your website to cancel it so I need help.
Nobody answers your customer service phone number. Please respond to me as soon as possible on how to resolve this matter.

Request to cancel my subscription and shipment.
After emailing the customer help and chat site, I entered a complaint with Trust Pilot. They gave me an email address of Jessica who said she would assist.
I emailed Jessica but have not heard back as yet. I am unable to get an RMA to return the product so I can get a full refund.
No one was there to answer. They referred me to their chat line.
I'm very disappointed with this company.
I purchased 3 months and got 2 free, and their billing and sending after only one month! I still have 4 months of product and don't see that it's working.
